Förbättringar och nya funktioner till Procountors nya SIE-importvy

 

Via Bokföring > SIE import så hittas vår nya förbättrade SIE-importvy. I denna versionsuppdatering förbättras följande:

  • Om mer än en SIE-fil väljs vid importen visas ett felmeddelande som förklarar att det endast är möjligt att importera en fil i taget.
  • Om någon verifikation i en sie-fil inte balanserar visas nu ett felmeddelande i samband med importen.
  • Avrundningen i Procountor gällande moms där momsavdrags gjorts med annan procent än 100% eller 0% skapar nu inte längre avrundningsdifferenser i SIE-exporten. Detta gäller t.ex. bokföring av billeasing där ofta en momsavdragsprocent på 50% används.
  • Namnen på redan befintliga bokföringskonton uppdateras nu vid SIE-importer. Tidigare lades endast kontonamnet till vid importen om det var ett helt nytt konto, men nu importeras namnet även om kontot redan finns i Procountors kontoplan.

OBS! Just nu går endast vanliga SIE-filer att importera i den nya SIE-import vyn. Kassaregister måste fortsättningsvis importeras via Administration > Import av material.

NEW FEATURES IN PROCOUNTOR VERSION 74.0

Improvements and new features to Procountor's new SIE-import view

Through Accounting> Sie -import, our new improved SIE-import view is found. This version update enhances the following:

  • If more than one SIE file is selected at import, an error message is displayed that explains that it is only possible to import one file at a time.
  • If any journal in a SIE file does not balance, an error message is now displayed in connection of the import.
  • The rounding in Procountor regarding VAT where VAT deduction is made with different percent than 100% or 0% now no longer creates rounding differences in SIE exports. This applies e.g. accounting of car leasing where often a VAT deduction percentage of 50% is used.
  • The names of already existing accounting accounts in Procountor are now being updated at when importing a SIE file. Previously, only the account name was added to imports if it was a new non-existent account, but now the name is imported even though the account is already in Procountors chart of accounts.

ATTENTION! At the moment, only standard SIE files can be imported in the new SIE-import view. Cash registers must continue to be imported via Management > Import data.
